SAL update and Happy Dance!

I have a finish to show you all! Here is my adventure cross stitch:

Happy dance!

I managed to get some more of the teal thread to finish the last couple of letters and added the footprints. So ta da!!!

I’ve really enjoyed stitching this one. The pattern is now available on my etsy shop too. It’s here. It was almost not big enough to mount on the board I have which is why you can see the tape I used peaking around one of the edges, Oops! Oh well.

I guess I should dive back into my Christmas cross stitch now….. Maybe I’ll finish it by Christmas….. Maybe.

Here’s the links to everyone else who is posting cross stitch updates as part of our stitch along today (please allow for time zones):

  1. It looks great and congratulations on finishing it ! I look forward to seeing the christmas cross stitch, I’ve made a few dimensions Christmas Stockings myself and they took a whole year each so there never is a bad time to pick them up !

    1. I’ve worked on the Christmas cross stitch for I think five months and it will probably take me at least that again to finish it!

    1. Thank you! I have to say, buying just one skein online and having to pay postage on it was rather annoying especially when I had so little left to do!

    1. Yes I had to take a break from my massive Christmas project to have a small project happy dance just to keep me motivated!

    1. I can’t tell you how difficult footprints are to design without making them massive! Haha. I kept ending up with square blocks!
