It’s time to show you some more cross stitching. We’re jumping over from my Christmas project back to my other project.
Here’s where it was last time I shared this project:
And here’s where it is now:
Progress but to tell you the truth I haven’t actually stitched anything for about five weeks now. This was all done before I went on holiday and in the two and a half weeks since I’ve been back I haven’t done one stitch. I’ve been completely drowning in editing my novel and haven’t done anything else. Im hoping that will change and I’ll get some balance back but I guess I’ll have to wait and see. It’s difficult to get all of the things I have to fix out of my mind for long enough to do anything else!
I’m not sure which project will show up for the next update but I hope to have some progress to show you either way.
Here’s the others talking part in the stitchalong:
Avis / Claire / Gun / Carole / Kate / Lucyanne / Sue / Constanze / Debbie / Christina / Kathy / Margaret / Cindy / Helen / Steph / Linda / Mary Margaret / Heidi / Connie / Jackie / Sunny / Hayley / Tony and welcome back to Tim
We post updates on the different projects we’re working on every three weeks and there are some great projects going on.
Some things are just more important than stitching. Happy editing, and congratulations that you managed even a few stitches!

I agree with Debbie, any stitch is one more closer to the finish, at whatever speed works. Edit that novel while it’s hot!

Sometimes we much prioritize! You got some done, though, before your holiday, which is great!

Ah priorities. Hopefully I’ll have something to show for next time.

It’s fine to schedule ahead, especially if you know you won’t be stitching for a while 😉 This one is coming along a treat! Love the mariner’s compass.

Can’t always find the time for cross sttiching (and sometimes I do the opposite, I procrastinate the more important work to stitch :/) But I’m sure you’ll be able to pick it up soon, good luck 🙂

Haha. I’ve definitely done the opposite before too but I’m trying to keep on top of things right now.

Thank you. It’s a fantasy set aboard an airship 🙂

We both share a case of life getting in the way Jess. For you it is your book and for me my stamping, but I am sure we will both be back in a routine before long.

I know what it’s like getting completely buried in one thing to the exclusion of everything else *coughPhDthesiscough*. It goes back to normal eventually

Haha. That’s definitely where I’m at right now

Sometimes we need a break.
I’ll be back to stitching soon I’m sure.
